In the wild, vegetables were a natural component of dogs ?diets, be it through the prey they ate or the berries and herbs they picked at. This component of their diet is as important today as it was then and therefore we have added green leaf vegetables, peas and beans to all of our Gusto diets. In addition, we have added the following for their nutritional properties: Flax - a good source of essential fatty acids & beet pulp - a highly digestible source of fibre.
